Each of the bars contains approximately 150-200 calories, which makes them a perfect in-between-meals snack. The bars can also provide the much-needed boost of energy after a workout session or a long meeting at work. Pair one of these with a glass of milk and your breakfast is sorted! I liked all the 4 flavors but the fruity bars are my personal favorites because I love their gooey texture.
